Items must be returned in their original packaging with all certification documents included to be eligible for a full refund.

Log into your Almaza account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping carton along with the original invoice and diamond certificates.
Secure Shipping
Affix the prepaid, insured shipping label provided by our concierge team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
